Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Singapore only, islandwide.

Shipping rates
Standard delivery is a flat $1.99 per order. Orders of $60 and above get free standard delivery, applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 2pm typically arrive within 1–2 days.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

Changing your order or delivery address
Message us as soon as possible on WhatsApp (+65 8767 8600) or by email (waggytails1611@gmail.com). We can often make changes before an order ships, but once it has been dispatched we may not be able to update the delivery details.

Urgent orders
Same-day delivery isn't offered as standard. If you need your order urgently, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. See our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges.
