Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.

Damaged, wrong or defective items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, message us with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
