Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Flat $1.99 shipping applies to every order, with free shipping automatically applied on orders above $60. Orders placed before 2pm are delivered by the next day; orders after 2pm typically arrive within 1-2 days. We deliver islandwide across Singapore.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Not as standard, but if you need your order urgently, message us on WhatsApp (fastest response) or email us and we'll try to accommodate.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Currently, we only deliver within Singapore.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.
Can I change my order or delivery address after checkout?
Message us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. We're often able to make changes before an order ships, but once it's dispatched we may not be able to update the delivery details.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
Product pages will show "Sold out" if an item is unavailable. Message us on WhatsApp and we're happy to let you know when it's back in stock, or suggest a similar alternative.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original packaging. Reach out via email or WhatsApp to get started. WhatsApp tends to be the quickest way to reach us.
What if my item arrives damaged, wrong, or defective?
Email us at waggytails1611@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the item, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Are your toys and products safe for my pet?
Yes, our toys and pet products are made with non-toxic, pet-safe materials, so you can feel confident letting your fur baby play, chew, and cuddle.
How do I find the right size for harnesses, leashes, or recovery cones?
Each product page includes a size chart with exact measurements, so you can pick the right fit before ordering.
Is there a product or brand you'd like us to carry?
We're always looking to expand our range. Let us know via WhatsApp or email. If it's something we can source, we'll do our best to bring it in.
How do I clean and care for the soft recovery cone?
Soak the cone in mild detergent water, though hand washing is preferable. If you do use a washing machine, place it in a laundry net first, then air dry well before use.
